Chatzen uses only essential cookies required to operate the Platform. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, behavioral profiling cookies, or sell any browsing data to ad networks.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device, maintain your session, and remember certain preferences.

Cookies are set either by the website you are visiting or by third parties. Cookies can be session cookies or persistent cookies.

2. Cookies We Use

The following table lists every cookie set by the Chatzen Platform:

No advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot tracking, Hotjar, FullStory, Mixpanel, or any third-party behavioral tracking tools.

3. Browser Local Storage

In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage and session storage to improve Platform performance.

4. Third-Party Cookies

4.1 Meta Embedded Signup

When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account via Meta Embedded Signup, Meta may set its own cookies within that popup.

4.2 Payment Processor

When you proceed to checkout, Razorpay or Stripe may set cookies within their hosted payment interface.

4.3 Future Analytics Tools

If we add analytics tools in the future, they will be listed in this policy before activation.

5. How to Control Cookies

5.1 Browser Settings

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

5.2 Clearing Local Storage

  • Log out of the Platform
  • Use Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage → Clear
  • Clear all browser site data from Privacy settings

6. Website Chat Widget Cookies

  • A random widget_session_id is stored in session storage.
  • No persistent cookies are set by the widget script.
  • The session ID is cleared when the visitor closes the browser tab.
  • Website owners should disclose widget use in their privacy policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

  • Update the Last updated date
  • Notify users via email and in-app notification
  • Obtain consent for any non-essential cookies
